Custodian Daily Duties and Responsibilities
- Keep building and property in clean and orderly condition.
- Perform routine maintenance activities.
- Perform heavy cleaning duties.
- Sweep, mop, scrub floors.
- Gather and empty trash.
- Scrub, sanitize, and supply restroom facilities.
- Dust furniture, walls, and equipment.
- Clean windows, mirrors, and partitions with soap and other cleansers.
- Clean and polishes fixtures and furniture.
- Manages inventory of cleaning supplies.
- Notifies managers regarding the need for repairs or additions to building operating systems.
